What Has Changed?

Provisional Anti-Dumping Duties: The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) has recommended temporary anti-dumping measures on passenger car motor oils, heavy-duty commercial vehicle oils, and hydraulic oils from Lithuania and the UAE.
Commodity Codes Impacted: The affected products fall under commodity codes 2710198120, 2710198130, 2710198140, 2710198190, and 2710198300.
Exemptions: Products originating from other EU member states are not subject to these duties. Importers can use additional code 8A38 to exclude such products from the anti-dumping duty.
Effective Date: These measures came into effect on 17 April 2025.
